The pocketbook Lost Once More / Sehr Verfahren, recently published by Hinrich Sachs, combines five short stories with vehicles as supporting actors. These stories deal with motion, weekend forays, pilgrimage and time travel. Each of the stories takes as a starting point a sculpture by Hinrich Sachs – replicated models of found vehicles – these engender stories from, amongst others, the New Zealand artist and writer Ruth Buchanan, the American science fiction author Mark v. Schlegell, and Burkhard Straßmann, technology correspondant for the German weekly DIE ZEIT.

Following the book presentation and reading, a discussion with Hinrich Sachs and the author Ruth Buchanan, moderated by Cecilia Widenheim, curator at the Moderna Museet, will take a closer look at the current relation between literature and visual arts, specifically in the context of the young Swedish scene.
